Eggless Mango Mousse
Yoo hoo! It’s Date Night!
Our favorite activity is cooking together and today is Mango Mousse. We bought boxes of lovely juicy Manilla Mangoes from a farm nearby, and we have been under Mango Mania!!
Today the mister decided to experiment with Mousse and it came out so well! It’s super simple and not overly sweet. You can even do this as filling/icing for Mango Mousse Cake.
So let’s get right to it!

Ingredients
- 8 cups Mango Puree 1800 gms
- 3 1/3 cups + Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
- Let us prepare the mango puree
- Add mangoes to a blender. Pulse till you get a smooth puree.
- Keep aside once done.
- In a mixing bowl, add 3 + 1/3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- Whisk till you get medium peak
- Add 2/3 cup condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- Whisk for 2 minutes to fully incorporate
- Now gently fold in the mango puree
- Mousse is ready
- Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator
- Enjoy this lovely summer dessert!
