Eggless Mango Mousse
Ingredients

cups
Mango Puree
1800 gms
3 1/3
cups
+ Heavy Whipping Cream
2/3
cup
condensed milk
1
tsp
vanilla essence
Instructions
Let us prepare the mango puree
Add mangoes to a blender. Pulse till you get a smooth puree.
Keep aside once done.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 + 1/3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Whisk till you get medium peak
Add 2/3 cup condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Whisk for 2 minutes to fully incorporate
Now gently fold in the mango puree
Mousse is ready
Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator
