Eggless Mango Mousse

  1. Let us prepare the mango puree
  2. Add mangoes to a blender. Pulse till you get a smooth puree.
  3. Keep aside once done.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add 3 + 1/3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  5. Whisk till you get medium peak
  6. Add 2/3 cup condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  7. Whisk for 2 minutes to fully incorporate
  8. Now gently fold in the mango puree
  9. Mousse is ready
  10. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator
  11. Enjoy this lovely summer dessert!
