Baked Vanilla Yogurt

As the weekend approaches, it’s time for Quarantine Date/Family Night, and I got just the perfect dessert for that!

Baked Vanilla Yogurt is a light dessert and can be made in a jiffy! Its super simple with only 3 key ingredients!

The first time I tasted this divine delicacy was back when my family had gone for Weekend Brunch at Taj Palace Hotel (now Jood Palace) in Dubai. They had these tiny mason jars full of goodness in the cereal section. My mother and I fell absolutely in love with this mildly sweet, refreshing treat. We kept proudly going back for more and more, till an ounce of shame started to set in.

I next time I had Baked Yogurt was at Balance Café in Oasis Centre Dubai after my nephew was born. This became one of the healthy dine out spots for our family and had lot of beautiful bonding memories there. Since my adorable nephew liked the Baked Yogurt from there, I attempted at home and it was excellent!

Today, I made this at home after so long and introduced my husband to it. He was super impressed and asked me to do again next week! Even Roxy gave a stamp of approval!

I used these cute ramekins that I saved from Lava Cakes that we bought from Costco. This recipe is designed for 2 servings, you can adjust based on how much you need.

I share with you all, the recipe for same. It’s is super simple and you cannot go wrong with this!

So, let’s get right to it!
