Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degree Fahrenheit
Just 3 key ingredients! Measurement for 2 servings:1/3 cup Thick Yogurt, 1/3 cup Condensed Milk,1/3 cup Heavy Cream/Fresh Cream
Adjust based on how much you need using 1:1:1 ratio.
In a mixing bowl, add all the yogurt, condensed milk and cream
Now WHISK WHISK WHISK for about 2 minutes.
You can add some vanilla essence if you want. I am adding 1/8 tsp today.
Whisk for another minute.
I absolutely love these mud (matka) ramekins/cups I got from Costco. They are just perfect for this dessert!
Use any ramekin you have available
Pour into ramekins/cups
Make a water bath in a tray like for cheesecake with 2 cups water
Bake for 15 to 18 mins.
Once done, the top will have a very light caramel shade, with little air bubbles and light jiggle in the middle.
Completely cool and chill in fridge for 20 mins
Baked Yogurt is ready! Enjoy!
