Spinach Raita
This is a simple dish and more than just a raita.
This Spinach Raita nutritionally packed. Raw spinach contains protein, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. Also, dates are super iron rich. When I used to have iron deficiency, this is all my doctor recommended. Apart from being from being amazingly good for health, it is so delicious, and it can be quiet filling and can even be had as a snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 6 Dates
- salt to taste
To Temper:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Dry red chili
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- Lots of Love

Instructions
- Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds.
- Once it splutters add red chili and peanuts. Roast peanuts.
- Add to the raita and mix. Enjoy this yummy raita!
