Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients

rice
Cooked. You may also use leftover rice

oil

onion
thinly sliced

cloves
garlic
finely chopped

ginger
finely chopped

carrot
1/2
cup
beans
1/2
cup
red bell pepper
1/2
cup
green bell pepper

tsp
pepper

tsp
soy sauce
optional

tsp
vinegar

Instructions
Heat oil in pan in high flame
Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté till light brown.
Add thinly sliced onion. Sauté.
Once the onions have browned, add chopped carrot and beans. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
Now add chopped cabbage and bell peppers. Sauté for few minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Optional: tsp Soy Sauce and 1 tsp Vinegar
Remove from heat and add cooked rice. (This is an easy recipe to make best use of leftover rice!)
Easy Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to be served. You may toss it in stove for few minutes, just before serving. Enjoy with side of delicious gravy!
