Vegetable Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in pan in high flame
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté till light brown.
  3. Add thinly sliced onion. Sauté.
  4. Once the onions have browned, add chopped carrot and beans. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
  5. Now add chopped cabbage and bell peppers. Sauté for few minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper. Optional: tsp Soy Sauce and 1 tsp Vinegar
  7. Remove from heat and add cooked rice. (This is an easy recipe to make best use of leftover rice!)
  8. Easy Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to be served. You may toss it in stove for few minutes, just before serving. Enjoy with side of delicious gravy!
