  1. Wash poha with water couple of times. Drain and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in pan
  3. Add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add red chili and peanuts. Roast peanuts.
  4. Now add the poha cracked pepper, salt and chopped mint. Toss for 2 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, add poha, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, cracked pepper, raisins,mint & salt. Mix
  6. Yummy Poha Salad is ready! Enjoy!
