Poha Salad
This is a simple dish and also delicious. This Poha salad is packed with fresh vegetables and light on the digestion.
So, let’s get right to it!

Ingredients
- 1 cup poha soaked in water and drained
- 1/3 cup carrot grated
- 1/3 cup cucumber finely chopped
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp pepper cracked
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp mint/coriander finely chopped
To temper
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 red chili
- 3 tbsp Peanuts
- Lots of Love

Instructions
- Wash poha with water couple of times. Drain and keep aside
- Heat oil in pan
- Add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add red chili and peanuts. Roast peanuts.
- Now add the poha cracked pepper, salt and chopped mint. Toss for 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add poha, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, cracked pepper, raisins,mint & salt. Mix
- Yummy Poha Salad is ready! Enjoy!
