Peach Jam in Instant Pot

Its peach season and it has been bountiful! We are blessed with the first fruiting cycle of our peach tree! My husband and I have been pouring our love and care for this beautiful tree and I can see that the tree is happy too!

We managed to get handful of juicy ripe peaches over this weekend. Today I made delicious Peach Jam and it was super easy too! Thanks to Instant Pot!
Let us get right to it!

Ingredients
- 4 cups ripe peaches chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp orange zest

Instructions
- Place a small plate in freezer.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl
- Keep aside for 1 hour
- Put the marinated peaches in Instant Pot (IP)
- Close the IP lid and turn the knob to seal. Turn on the Pressure cooking/Manual setting. Let the biryani cook in HIGH pressure cook for 1 minutes.
- Let it naturally release. It took about 17 minutes.
- Turn on Sauté mode
- Add 2 tbsp Chia seeds. Mix well
- Let the jam boil for 7 minutes.
- Take the plate out from freezer. If you have a candy thermometer, check if temperature has reached 220-degree F, take a spoon of the jam and put on the plate. The turn the plate and look at consistency. The jam should not be runny and should move slowly.
- Jam is ready! Take it off heat and let it cool completely.
