Kati Roll
Ingredients

kitchen king masala or garam masala

chapatis/tortilla

Chili Tomato sauce

green bell pepper

sweet corn

chaat masala
As required
salt as per taste
Tomato Onion Salad
1/4

onion chopped
1/4
cup
chopped tomato
1
tbsp
chopped coriander
Instructions
Heat 2 tsp oil in pan.
Add ½ onion chopped, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, salt and 1 green chili (finely chopped). Sauté till onions turn translucent.
Now add 1 boiled potato(chopped/ mashed).
Add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp kitchen king masala or garam masala
Mash well and sauté for 3 – 4 minutes.
Turn off flame and keep side.
In a bowl, add ¼ cup onion chopped, ¼ cup chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander and salt.
Now let’s prepare the Kati Roll
Step 1- Take a Chapati or Tortilla
Step 2- Spread any choice of your choice. I have used Chili Tomato sauce
Step 3- Spread the Potato mixture.
Step 4- Top with about 2 tsp of the onion tomato salad
Step 5 – You can add some chopped bell peppers and fresh corn.( Optional)
Step 6- Sprinkle with Chaat Masala.
Step 7- Roll the chapati or tortilla
Heat a tawa with 1 tsp oil/ghee
Place the roll on the tawa and flip to ensure it roasts evenly
