Idli Chilly Fry

ketchup

salt to taste

Instructions
Heat oil in pan for frying and cut up 8 Idlis to desired shape
Once oil is hot, fry the cut up Idlis in batches till golden brown.
Fry both sides till golden brown
Drain in paper towel.
Repeat for all the remaining Idlis
Heat 3 tsp oil in pan
Once oil is hot, add 4 green chilis, 1/2 cup garlic (finely chopped). Sauté for few minutes
In a cup prepare keep the sauce paste ready with 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Ketchup,2 tbsp Chili sauce, 2 tsp white vinegar and Salt to taste
Add 1 big onion (chopped). Fry till onions turn light brown
Once onion turns light brown, add the sauce paste. Adjust salt.
Add half cup water and mix well. Then add maida paste (1 tsp maida & 3 tsp water)
Top with 3tbsp chopped coriander. Add the fried Idlis and gently mix.
Turn off flame. Idli Chilly Fry is ready!
