Today it is the summer favorite desert, delectable Peach Cobbler!

Officially used up all the weekend peach harvest! This dessert is so easy to prepare and makes you feel so warm inside! Enjoy with a side of ice cream or just like that!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 Degree F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups peach (sliced or chopped) and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix gently and keep aside
  3. Now let’s prepare the cake batter. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup butter (1 stick melted), 1 cup milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup sugar and ¼ tsp salt. Whisk well for about a minute.
  4. Then add 2 tsp baking powder and 1 cup all-purpose flour. Incorporate the flour little by little. Just whisk to incorporate. Batter is ready!
  5. Pour the batter into a baking dish.
  6. Once you evenly spread the batter, spoon the sugar-soaked peach. Just spoon it randomly over the batter. Do not mix.
  7. Bake this in the preheated oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
  8. After 40 minutes, Peach Cobbler is ready !
  9. Perfectly baked with heavenly aroma!
  10. Optional step: We like it little crusty and crisp edges. If you also like it this way, you can broil for about 45 seconds. Watch over the dish as you broil, as it can burn easily!
