Eggless Almond Flour Cookies

  1. Keep all ingredients ready.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Line a baking tray/sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the 2 cups almond flour, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix thoroughly and break up lumps in flour.
  4. Slowly start adding the water little by little. Mix unit well incorporated. I used 4 tablespoons water.
  5. Now, finally add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix
  6. Scoop a lemon size ball and flatten slightly with your palm. Place them on the prepared baking sheet spacing each cookie apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes until the edges are light brown and cookies are set at the center.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it remain on the baking tray/ sheet for 5-10 minutes till firm. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and cool completely.
  9. Cookies are ready! Enjoy with a glass of milk or just like that!
