Aloo Tikki Waffles

Hello Friends!
Check out this super easy and versatile snack! Aloo Tikki Waffles!
Have just as a snack or use as a burger patty!
I made this a while back and they were absolutely divine. Perfectly crispy outside and soft inside!
Do try this and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes ( Medium Size. Peeled, boiled and mashed)
- 1 tsp chili powder adjust as per spice preference
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- 2-3 tbsp coriander chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
- 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
- oil to grease waffle maker
- Lots of Love

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the boiled potatoes. Mash well
- Add 1 tsp chili powder (adjust as per spice preference), 2 tsp chaat masala and salt to taste
- Add 2-3 tbsp. chopped coriander and juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Add 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly.
- Prepare lemon sized balls and set aside. Next step is to prepare the waffles.
Recipe Notes
I am using a mini waffle maker. You can prepare a larger ball if you have a bigger waffle appliance.
